This story is about a boy who wants to help his family heat their home. Tommy's father loses his job just before Christmas. The family discovers they only have enough coal to heat their home until Christmas morning. Tommy decides that it is up to him to get more coal from Santa by getting on the naughty list. There is only one problem: He has never been on the naughty list before. Despite struggling to get on the list, Tommy ends up changing his whole world by bring colour to an otherwise dreary town.
 
This is the first book written I wrote and is the beginning of my journey as a creative. In 2021, I was very fortunate to get the opportunity to animate this project for community television. I have put this on my Youtube channel for everyone to view. Please go to here to see the film.
